Davie County High School honored Veterans at the October 6 Veteran's Night football game. The National Honor Society made cards and distributed to Veterans at the game. In addition, the NHS also distributed cards to principals of all schools in Davie County for them to present to Veterans on their staff. The Davie County High School JROTC Color Guard will also be presenting the Colors at several of the other schools' celebrations, as well as at the Senior Service Center Veterans' Dinner on November 9.  Be sure to join the Davie County High School Band Wind Ensemble and JROTC Color Guard for the Town of Mocksville Veteran's Day Celebration on Veteran's Day, Saturday, November 11, at 11:00 AM, to be held in Town Square. Thank you to all our veterans for serving our country.

Sincerely,
Darrin L. Hartness, Ed. D. Superintendent
